Inspection team members travel to multiple properties daily to complete field inspections and documentation per client guidelines, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone capable of capturing multiple clear photos in the field. This role requires professionalism when interacting with clients or occupants, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and accurate documentation of inspection-related services.
FIELD SERVICE CREW LEADER
Field Service Crew Leaders oversee daily field operations and are responsible for leading crew members, maintaining productivity, and ensuring all work is completed to client standards. This role includes documenting all services with before, during, and after photos, managing time and job flow efficiently, and maintaining a professional work environment. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles and equipment. Crew Leaders perform all aspects of mortgage field services, including REO and property preservation work, and must be able to work in varying weather conditions while upholding safety, quality, and professionalism at all times.
FIELD SERVICE CREW MEMBER
Field Service Crew Members assist with daily mortgage field service operations, including REO and property preservation work such as landscaping, lawn care, and trash-out services. This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and perform services at properties that may have no active utilities. Crew Members are expected to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while following direction from the Crew Leader, assisting and supporting efficient, safe job completion.
JANITORIAL & CLEANING CREW
Embark Property Solutions works alongside its sister company, EPSNC, to provide professional janitorial and cleaning services for vacant residential properties. Janitorial and Cleaning Crew members perform sales cleans and initial cleans to prepare homes for market, ensuring properties are left clean, presentable, and ready for showings. This work focuses on empty properties and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a professional approach to maintaining move-in-ready standards.
OFFICE STAFF
Office staff support daily operations by communicating with clients and service coordinators, managing scheduling, and assisting field crews and inspectors with documentation, reports, and timely submissions. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail to ensure all work is completed in compliance with client requirements. Remote positions are available for qualified candidates.
